What if I'm in between sizes?

If the size chart shows you're in between sizes, we recommend going with the larger size.

What if my measurements indicate conflicting sizes?

For example, let's say your waist measurement indicates one size, but your bust measurement indicates a different size.  If this is the case, examine the garment you are considering purchasing and take note where on the body the garment is most form-fitting and base your size selection on that measurement.

What does size S/M or M/L mean?

Some items are adjustable or elastic enough that they come in combined sizes.  For example, an item might say it's available in two sizes, S/M and M/L.  This means, for example, that a size S/M will fit you if you are either a S or M.

What if I order the wrong size?

You may return your purchase for either a refund or exchange.  Some limitations apply, so be sure to contact us at rkzcompany@aol.com.  If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

Lingerie Care Instructions

When washing your bras, lingerie, panties, or other delicates, we suggest you use a delicate sodawash.  Regular detergents contain harsh chemicals that breakdown fabrics.  You may also hand wash if you wish.

Do not put any bras, lingerie or panties in the dryer.  The heat of the dryer will break down the lycra and elastic, so you will find yourself replacing all your items on a regular basis.

Bras do not need to be washed after every wear.  However, you should avoid wearing a bra two days in a row.  The bra will require a day of rest after wearing to return to its original fit and to breathe.  Wearing a bra constantly puts a lot of stress on the fabrics and causes it to rapidly stretch out of shape and to lose its fit.

Replace your bras every several months.  Most bras get worn out and do not function as they should after six months.  Panties will last a little longer.
