Privacy Statement
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
Shipping
Most of our orders ship within 24-48 hours, unless something is on backorder. We will sent an email notifying you of the shipment date. Overnight or 2nd day orders need to be placed by 2pm EST.
The shipping charges are as follows:
Standard $7.50
2nd Day $12.50
Overnight $22.50
There is a $4.40 charge if shipped to a P.O. Box.
Canada shipping is $17.00
Sales tax will only be collected in the state of Washington at 8.6%.

Returns & Refunds
Here at The Lingerie Closet your satisfaction is our main concern. We offer a 100% money back guarantee.
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number by email within 7 days from delivery date to get a refund or exchange. After receiving the Return Authorization Number, you have 30 days to return product to our distribution center, RKZ Enterprises, Inc. Distribution Center Rt. 6 Blakely, PA 18447. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless The Lingerie Closet mailed the wrong item or a defective item. Please include the packing slip that was sent with the order and a note on the correct size or sizes needed.
We will REFUSE unauthorized returns! Unauthorized returns are those that are sent back without a Return Authorization Number. All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging with the packing slip.
Your credit card will be credited within 5-15 business days from receipt of return of item/s. There will be a 15% restocking fee. There will be no refund on shipping fees. Clearance and discounted items cannot be returned as they may have been one of a kind or drastically reduced.
We are on the honor system at The Lingerie Closet. Please remember to wear a liner when trying on an outfit that has a panty bottom.
For health reasons, panties, thongs, or g-strings attached to lingerie should not be tried on unless you intend to keep the garment.
The following items cannot be returned due to health regulations: body jewelry, panties, thongs, g-strings, men's underwear and bra and panty sets.
If returned item has been worn or damaged no refund will be given. We may give a parial refund, or send the garments back to you. Please email or call for additional information.
All other issues will be dealt with on an individual basis with an in store credit or exchange.
Cancellations
There will be no fee if the order is cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. On orders placed and ready for shipment, there wil be a 15% cancellation fee.
